TetraMic Calibration

A Core Sound TetraMic requires a calibration document in order to generate the correct set of 3D signals after a recording (part of the A-format to B-format conversion process). Note that this is not an absolute level type of calibration.

If you have a Revision 1 or 2 IRIS Kit, the TetraMic calibration document is included with the installer, and this will be copied to the correct location during installation.

Tip

We recommend you return your TetraMic for re-calibration every 2 to 3 years depending on how much you use it.
